Room Hire

The Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre has a meeting rooms ranging in size available for hire which are suitable for functions, training/workshops and meetings. Rooms are available 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (not including public holidays, subject to availability). Terms and Conditions of room hire apply. The rooms available for hire are:

Conference Room: Seats approximately 60 theatre style or 24 U-shape and is appropriate for functions and training/workshops.

Facilities including:

  • Kitchenette with cutlery & crockery
  • Chairs and tables
  • Toilets (including disability) and spacious carpeted hallways
  • Air-conditioning
  • Data projector & screen
  • Flip chart (available on request)
  • Hearing loop
  • Phone (available on request)

Board Room: Seats 12 chairs around a formal boardroom table.

Interview Room: Seats 4 chairs comfortably around a round table. 

Counselling Rooms: Welcoming environment setting with a lounge and chairs.

  • Complete the below attached Room Hire Booking form and email to info@dnc.org.au or drop into the office at 1/80 Gipps Street, Dubbo
  • You are welcome to visit to inspect the facilities and resources prior to booking (subject to room time availability).
